We provide mental health support to teens and young adults from underserved communities suffering from emotional and mental health challenges who have limited access to care.
We provide Mental Health Training and education to the members of the arm forces, educators, military veterans and the general public. They are trained in how to deal with the struggling effects from the traumatic scenarios they face while performing their job duties by dealing with someone experiencing a mental episode and/or how to maintain their own mind in check/stable. We also support individuals living with PTSD
This division promotes awareness about mental health. We promote and create educational campaigns to fight against stigma, discrimination and abuse. We provide emotional support to all those individuals facing emotional challenges. We facilitate resources and connections to help them heal one day at the time

Hope Art & Music
This division offers workshops therapy.
Music and art therapy both fall under the umbrella term ‘Expressive Arts Therapies’ – which includes music, art, drama, creative writing/poetry, and dance and movement.
Music, art, and fashion along with other creative interventions, can be powerful tools in helping to assess, treat and improve a variety of mental, physical and emotional health conditions – and can also help to address and relieve many of the associated symptoms.
Music and Art therapy can be highly personalised, making it suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
Medical Resources
Medical personnel are essential when assisting people with mental health, physical health conditions and their quality of life. As part of the FABD Foundation's mission to help improve the lives of people living with mental challenges, Your Me* care team includes a group of healthcare professionals who partner with you to provide specialized, comprehensive behavioral care.

Our top priority is to break the stigma so individuals can feel at ease to seek for medical support.
